I have been in the trucking industry since 1992. I have drove a truck for many years across the United States. I am currently an Operations Manager at DTS Logistics Inc. My job consists of dispatching drivers, obtaining loads for drivers, scheduling, brokerage, payroll, new hires, safety training, and regulations.

I am familiar with current DOT rules and regulations, driver logbooks, CDL testing and training of personnel. I have written the company driver manual, provided training classes, and written company emails and correspondence.

I am finishing 3 classes of college. My areas of expertise include a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies, with minors in Business Management, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Education, and Religious Studies.

Writing is a passion of mine, the world can be portrayed through writing, in many different perspectives. Writing can create a world of wonder, quip the imagination, and give meaning to the unseen.
